CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Beauty Oasis, I strive to provide the highest quality of service to all my clients. To ensure that I can accommodate everyone and maintain my schedule, I have implemented the following policies: **No Call No Show Charges:** - If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing notice, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. - This policy is in place to compensate for the time and resources reserved specifically for you and to respect other clients who may need that appointment slot. I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
